• Wrong item was delivered
• Item is unused and in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or physically damaged products after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging
• Digital/downloadable products

3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refund Timeline

After successful inspection of the returned product, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged / Replacement product will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days after the replacement has been processed.
